Regional film fund for projects related to the city of Wroclaw or Lower Silesia region, either by its theme and / or its setting, or through the local crew, artists and companies involved in production. Funded by the local government in 2008, supported more than 80 features, documentaries and animations.

• announced once a year (usually 1st quarter)
• form of support: co-production
• co-producer: Lower Silesia Film Fund (Dolnośląskie Centrum Filmowe)
• support of up to 50% of the film’s budget
• sum to be expended in the region: 100-150% of the sum allocated
• all documentation must be completed in Polish
