The reappearance of a man in the protagonist's life will turn his previous existence upside down and force him to redefine his priorities. Will Jie be the next person to turn his back on his brother? Or will he give him a chance to improve their relationship and show understanding?

The film is produced by Harine Films, Potocol (SG), Flash Forward Entertainment (TW) and Sam Chua Weishi, Jeremy Chua, Patrick Mao Huang, Johm M. Lo, as well as Izabela Igel from Poland.

The international sales agent for the title is Magnify.

“Pierce” – producer about the film

Izabela Igel from Harine Films, during an interview at the headquarters of the Polish Film Institute, revealed that she learned about the idea for the film during the Full Circle Lab Philippines workshops, addressed to projects from Southeast Asia. The film immediately captivated her with its strong and well-thought-out script, as well as the fact that it had very strong producers already at the pitching stage. As luck would have it, the filmmakers beat her by hours with a question about cooperation. “When I wanted to talk to them myself, it turned out that they had already called me. Of course, with a question about the Polish operator, because you know – this is our trademark” – says Izabela Igel with a smile.

"When we started looking for the right person, our attention was caught by Michał Dymek, who was then shooting the film "”EO”. Even then, we all felt that he would grow up to be the next star, so we were extremely pleased when, after reading the script and talking to the director, his vision coincided with the filmmaker's way of thinking,” Igel reveals in an interview with the Polish Film Institute.

“The director had a very clear vision when it came to music. When we managed to choose the right composer, in the person of Piotr Kurek, he not only created film music, but also arranged three pieces, including a piece from Paul Anka's repertoire, for the actors. We had to struggle a bit with the rights, but the result was exactly what the creator wanted, so we are extremely happy with this cooperation.”
