Polish Producers Alliance (KIPA) is based in Warsaw. Is one of the biggest independent business organizations with over 160 member entities. Among them are production companies that specialize in film, television and advertising production, as well as film schools and regional film funds. Since its formation in 2000, KIPA has taken part in the development of Polish audiovisual industry. The main goal of KIPA is to represent economic interests of its members, especially towards state authorities and the key players of the audiovisual market. KIPA facilitates the integration of producers, constitutes a platform for the exchange of experiences and cooperation, as well as delivers information about current landscape of film production, amendments in legislation, including taxation, and about the most important events in the industry. It shapes and popularizes the principles of professional ethic. Moreover KIPA organizes trainings and workshops for professionals and is taking part as an partner in many important industry events and film initiatives. KIPA is a member of following international associations: CEPI, FIAPF, DAE.
